I am Wolle, professor for data science at the University of Oldenburg. Unlike most academics, I'm a practical guy and have more than 5 years of industry experience in the context of data management. You can find many talks & papers on the work I have done online.
I did my PhD on scalable data processing at the University of Hamburg and joined the company Baqend as Head of Data Engineering where I developed a complex infrastructure for analyzing Web performance in realtime, handling data from over 150M monthly users.
